This release presents two classic Les Baxter albums from the early phase of his career: Skins! (Capitol T774)， and ‘Round the World with Les Baxter (Capitol T780)， both from 1957. As a bonus， we have included a selection of singles (A & B sides) from the same period， which showcase all of the eclecticism and sensual orchestral effects that are Baxter’s remarkable trademarks.
