This album captures the artist at their peak of his performing ability during his considerable run of chart successes in 1979. He performed with the outstanding ‘We The People’ band made up of the cream of the Jamaican session world including Robbie Shakespeare Sly Dunbar and Lloyd Parkes. The tour was fraught with problems not least of which was the enormous financial burden on promoter and record company alike caused by the overheads involved in moving more than a dozen people throughout Europe and is probably best illustrated by the fact that every one of the musicians missed their flight from Kingston!
