In the autumn of 1970 Trojan Records released ‘Hot Shots Of Reggae’ showcasing a dozen of the producer’s most popular recordings from the preceding months.
The strikingly designed album swiftly became one of the company’s best sellers yet despite its popularity has remained unissued in any format since its original release.
That oversight has finally been addressed and here at long last is the glorious LP in its entirety with the original dozen tracks augmented by a further 13 Kong-produced recordings from the glorious golden age of reggae.
