Driving change in Nordic music is the young Danish trio， Dreamers’ Circus， drawing inspiration from the deep traditions of Danish and Swedish folk music. Masterfully re-shaping Nordic music into something bright， edgy， shiny and new， this is their 3rd album but the first officially released outside Denmark. “Dreamers’ Circus does for Nordic folk music， what Astor Piazolla and the tango nuevo did for Argentinian folk music” - Politiken (Denmark). Dreamers’ Circus are: Nikolaj Busk (piano， accordion); Ale Carr (nordic cittern) and Rune Tonsgaard Sørensen (violin). Rune is also a member of the worldclass Danish String Quartet on ECM.
